I have been absolutely amazed at the results I have experienced with Donna's flower essences! She gave me a trail set of her Basic Four - Mental Balance, Emotional Balance, Physical Balance, and Motivation for Life many moons back, asking that I try them out. Since then, I have gone to her for Stuffy Ease and Relax and Calm.
My story to share about the latter two is remarkable. It occurred one night after a very emotinal telephone conversation. I was in quite a state of (self-enduced) misery and had been crying hysterically for some time when I knew it was time to try and get some sleep. My head was completely stopped up; breathing through my nose was not possible, so I turned to Stuffy Ease and Relax and Sleep, hoping beyond hope that they could ease my physical discomfort so I could rest.
I was delightedfully shocked at how quickly they relieved me of my congestion and almost instantly brought a peaceful, calm state of mind so that sleep came easily. What a blessing!
Meanwhile, those Basic Four had gone mostly untouched - until recently as I had not felt drawn to use them.
I believe that during these special times of "planetary realignment" there are profound changes going on for many of us - on ALL levels: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. I had been hearing so many good things about Flower Essences but had yet to experience any noticeable changes in myself when I took them. I know they work subtle changes over a period of time and are definately not like the chemical drugs from the pharaceutical industry where you get an immediate 'zap" and feel something right away but then there is the hard let down or at least side effects when it wears off.
